Erin Alvarico has taken the initiative to code the base of the About Page for Crusine. All her code will be committed to the designated branch "about-page"

Added basic information to Crusine About page:

Crusine summary (inspired by README summary)
Added information of Platinum Incorporation
Added employee names (soon to be images)
Added footer

Consistent color theme utilized. Will close this issue for the basic skeleton, but add a new issue for updates.
