Language Icon not visible sometimes #6

Seen this in chrome on windows. Looks like it is not visible when Roboto font is not installed. That's strange, because it is included in the head rel.

Thats what it should look like:

it's because it's emoji.

I just checked auto-update and still "no updates" but "you are using old windows and its support is nearly stopped"

I thought emoji was part of the font. This is not the case? I would like to keep i18n, so we would keep Russian version too. Some Russian devfests dropped Russian already, but I do not support it.

If it is unfixable for Windows, we can substitute emoji with image.
