• Is there any product that produces churn? This is the top 20 products that generates the most commons reasons of churn.
• What are the users that did churn with that product? what else the data tells you about these users? Several products generates churn and has a clear impact for the e-commerce because 97% of all the customers don't generate a second order in the historical data given.
