Yes, and unfortunately, as shown in the next table, the churn does not restricts to one product in particular. Let's take a look.
As seen, we had to group the churn into totals because basically all the products had the same issue, and what's worrisome is that 96.9% of the customers just made ONE order between 2016-2018, and only 2.76% make a second order. So we have a HUGE issue here, that does not boil to one product but to all. And let's recall that this e-commerce has over 20 product categories, so it may have to do with the e-commerce rather than with the users.
I would suggest you have more self explanatory column names. But I believe I understand the thing here says that most customers are just buying one product An interesting question to add upon is "What are the customers that are buying more than one time are buying ? Is it the same product?"
But I agree with you, regarding churn it might be a problem with the web page and not with the product prese.
