Based on the insights we would recommend to:

• Track proper traffic indicators such as number of clicks and website visits
• Make a "mystery shopper" exercise; the best way to understand the customers is to experience the process firsthand. That could produce powerful insights in the operating level.
• It would also help to detail a bit more the demographics information, since it could give a clearer idea of who is our target audience, hence the marketing team could tailor more the advertising campaigns, and polish the e-commerce's presence on social media.
• Keep only two payment options: credit card and debit card
