Priority for actions or switch between active / non-active #321

t would be very helpful to either assign priorities to actions and / or set 
actions to active / inactive such that they either appear in the next action 
list or do not appear in this list. If the number of actions gets quite long, 
it becomes difficult to navigate through all of them if they do not have 
priorities or there is no way of defer actions by making them inactive.
