Calculate leaf-level photosynthesis rate in CABLE #195

Hi, I was trying to analyze uncertainty of scaling scheme from leaf to canopy level in CABLE. CABLE uses two-big-leaf method to calculate canopy carbon and water flux in "cable_canopy.F90". But recently I added a subroutine that calculates leaf-level photosynthesis with input of leaf-level vcmax3,vcmax4,rdx,gswmin,vx3,vx4, but the output of leaf-level photosynthesis for sunlit leaf were negative. For shaded leaf the values were positive. Do anybody knows the reason? Thank you!
