The variables associated with the climate flag are turned on by default when they shouldn't be. I've attached a file with logic to fix this.
Pdep is missing when it shouldn't be in the read/write dump routines.

I've now added the fix to the new integration shared branch that I intend to demonstrate as proof of concept for the new benchmarking suite.
