Added plant pool solution to analytical solution #242

I've added the solution for the steady-state plant pools to the analytical solution. Changes in spincasacnp.F90 and casa_cable.F90 in https://trac.nci.org.au/trac/cable/browser/branches/Users/mgk576/trunk_analytical

The main bits:

! Solve the C pools
casapool%cplant(npt,leaf) = (avgcnpp(npt) * avg_af(npt)) - &
                              (casapool%cplant(npt,leaf) * avg_lf(npt))

casapool%cplant(npt,wood) = (avgcnpp(npt) * avg_aw(npt)) - &
                              (casapool%cplant(npt,wood) * avg_lw(npt))

casapool%cplant(npt,froot) = (avgcnpp(npt) * avg_lr(npt)) - &
                              (casapool%cplant(npt,froot) * avg_lr(npt))

And

! Calculate average allocation fractions  for the plant pools
avg_af = avg_ar + casaflux%fracCalloc(:,leaf)
avg_aw = avg_ar + casaflux%fracCalloc(:,wood)
avg_ar = avg_aw + casaflux%fracCalloc(:,froot)

! Calculate average turnover fractions for the plant pools
avg_lf = avg_lr + (1.0 / casaflux%kplant(:,leaf))
avg_lw = avg_lr + (1.0 / casaflux%kplant(:,wood))
avg_lr = avg_lw + (1.0 / casaflux%kplant(:,froot))
