Nifti to dicom conversion doesn't work for 4D images #1030

Describe the bug Nifti to dicom conversion does not work for 4D images

To Reproduce fies are in: /cbica/home/sakoc/comp_space/lab/captk/177/d2n_4d

$ /cbica/software/lab/captk/centos7/1.7.6/bin/Utilities -i AAAA_2007.01.21_perf_LPS_defaced.nii.gz -o defaced_dicom -n2d ref_dicom/

Error occurred while trying to write the image 'defaced_dicom': /cbica/home/patis/libs/captkDepends_dcmtk/ITK-source/Modules/IO/ImageBase/include/itkImageSeriesWriter.hxx:268: itk::ERROR: ImageSeriesWriter(0xc816640): The number of filenames passed is 20 but 900 were expected

CaPTk Version 1.7.6 on cluster, command-line usage

Is this an issue with 1.8.0Alpha?

I remember from our meetings that this wasn't needed for 1.8.0
