Unable to get the submission results #1443

Hello,

I made multiple submissions on CBICA Image Portal for BRATS2020 dataset (Survival Task). It's been running for a day, but I am unable to get submission results.

Submission details:

Submitted 10/27/2021 9:48 pm Status remains at: Running 0 of 2 steps, 1 completed

How can I get the results of my submissions? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Please be aware that the CBICA IPP is a free service provided to the imaging community, using the resources of our cluster. Jobs from people in our research center have a higher priority, so IPP tasks may have a significant wait time if the cluster is busy.

Please reach out to ipp-support@cbica.upenn.edu if you don't receive the results in the next couple of days.

@ujjwalbaid0408 Thanks for the reply. I am working on an urgent project. Is there a possibility that I could request to prioritize the jobs submitted? I e-mailed ipp-support@cbica.upenn.edu , but didn't get any response. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
