2 months ago - The image viewer is very basic. Necessary updates: -- Add option to add/remove the ROI mask -- Adjust/improve the view of the overlay (show ROI boundary, add transparency, etc) -- Add mask for derived ROIs (the mask will be created from a list of ROIs, which is read from the ROI dictionary) -- Allow users to adjust image size -- Make necessary checks (missing images, etc.)
