Remove intermediary pages #27

Project Member Reported by theme1ccafs, Feb 28, 2012 Remove the intermediary step when opening Resource specific pages ( BS, Photos, Videos) etc ... Implement this in the test website.

The intermediary pages for the ccafs-sites section has already removed. However, still there is additional work to do for other kind of contents.
