Describe the bug

VulcanScaffold disabler messes with fov

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable VulcanScaffold disabler
  2. Disable NoFOV if enabled
  3. Set FOV Effects to 100% (or anything other than 0%)
  4. Start Sprinting

i know from other clients that im pretty sure thats just the bypass method to fix it just turn off dynamic fov in settings but i understand why its annoying
