[QUESTION] File encoding for subtitle files

Hi, When using CCExtractor to extract subtitles with latest version on Mac, and using default settings in the GUI, except for choosing either default or utf-8 encoding and srt format output, the file isn't readable on a mac or in windows (doesn't seem to be openable test file).
Any suggestions? Here is the required info:

CCExtractor version: 0.89

• What were the used arguments? Just used the GUI and used default settings, except for output chose srt format and for encoding tried default and utf-8
