Allow only one project for test cases #122

Currently you can add multiple projects to a test case but the point of the project meta data in a test case is that it is the project in which the test case was conducted so it only makes sense to have one.

As per #120 this isn't as straightforward as you would first assume.

Workaround is to make the array a max of 1.
