Updated documentation regarding dll file #17

I have updated the Word file to instruct the user to get the dll files from the release page.

A small addition has also been made to the code at the end of section 2.1.1, as this correction was previously pointed out by a user.

@jmorgan29 updated the DOCX file which is ready to go, @ksbeattie and @lbianchi-lbl should look into converting it into PDF.

I'm seeing a few places in the FORTRAN code green highlighted boxes with a "2" or "+" in them. Here's a screen grab of one of them:

Is this correct? Kinda looks like some kind of a cut-n-paste mess up. But I'm not familiar with FORTRAN.

I also made a few small change to the Word doc and generated the PDF.
