The text in the Word file and README document have been edited to notify the users that the model has been confirmed to be compatible with Aspen V12.0. The updated PDF documentation file has also been generated.

@ksbeattie , I made the requested changes in the documentation, including giving the document a new release number (3.2.1) and changing the copyright year to 2022. This should be ready for merging now.
