Fixes the viewer to use the new-style filenames #249

This pull request has the viewer actually use the new filename function to determine what the names of the relevant PNG files are. I believe I'm using the functions correctly; it gets plotset 5 right, haven't done thorough testing of other sets yet. I'll do a full metadiags run this evening when I leave for the day.
