BUG: Scheduled orders not displaying

Description

For the eCR below, the scheduled orders information isn't displaying in the Viewer. Please fix the FHIR conversion of this section to properly convert and display the available scheduled orders information.

Steps to reproduce

Expected Result

Scheduled orders (Plan of Treatment) info should be displayed in the Clinical Info section.
