Fix Reason for Visit display bug #2835

Summary

Update FHIR path for "Reason for Visit" section to be case-insensitive to capture the sections regardless of capitalization.

Fixes #2745

[ ] FHIR path accurately captures Reason for Visit sections regardless of section title capitalization
[ ] Bug eCRs from QA efforts have been fixed
