What needs to be done

Create unit tests for a liquid template in the FHIR converter

Why it needs to be done

This needs to be done so we can have high confidence in the FHIR converter.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] There is a passing unit test for at least one liquid template in the FHIR converter.
