BUG: Narrative formatting is incorrect in Maine2 example

Description

• In Maine 2 example, many narratives are new line spaces making the text very difficult to read.
• Some narratives are not converting the symbols like < and > from the html code ( < )

Steps to reproduce

1. View Maine 2
2. Scroll down to Lab Results from NORDX SCARBOROUGH CAMPU
3. Click the first lab and expand the narrative.

Expected Result

Text has the exact matching spaces as the original document

Actual result

Text is missing all of new line spaces and not converting symbol
