Remove Berkeley Database BDB from Python requirements.txt file #535

Remove the Berkeley DB package from the Python requirements.txt e. The BDB package should be removed during the EZID deployment process by ezid-ansible.

Note: Also remove BDB from the requirements-dev.txt file.
