Version API with a release #72

What M.m.p do we want to pick for our first release? Currently the config file is set to "0.1.0" but we could make it anything at this point, really.

I wonder if 1.0.0 should be saved until we have more of our features in for the flower bed app? Are any of our issues marked with the v2 or v3 milestone breaking changes? They probably shouldn't be labeled v2 or v3 if they aren't. Perhaps we should add labels for "feature" and "breaking-change" or similar?

It looks like we already launched version 1.0.0, probably to fit with the v1 style of API endpoint?
