Tree adjustment #37

Adresses #31 Rearrange tree elements according to readthedocs page.

The year/era bar is still missing, but on hold in favor of #38.

I squashed the tech tree a bit, and give the technologies unified spacings. What do you think about this? Invisible buttons could be used grafik

Looks pretty much complete. Will merge in a few days unless you merge it first or you'd like to do some adjustments beforehand.
