External references, such as a standards document, or specification?

Java environments (e.g. Java 6, Android 2.3, App Engine, or All)?

All

Please describe the feature requested.

Note that we are including a lot of dependencies in the "dependencies" folder
in our zip file packaging. We need to review each dependency and ensure that:

1. We are legally allowed to redistribute it.
2. We are following the terms for redistributing it, especially with respect to
including its license terms.

We might also want to include our own license in the META-INF directory of our
binary jars like I've seen some of our dependencies do. But this is lower
priority and can be done separately.
