Tripoli imports raw mass spectrometer data files and supports interactive review and archiving of isotopic data. Tripoli facilitates visualization of temporal trends and scatter during measurement, statistically rigorous filtering of data, and calculation of statistical parameters.
Presently (v0.4.9), you can reject data in 'sculpt mode' by drawing a box around the points you'd like to reject. However, the box must start and end in the same block. Request: remove the start and end requirement so that the box can start and end at any time. If the box starts and/or ends at the plot boundary, then the box extent is set to the start and/or end time.
