When you change the response domain and click save, it reverts to the original response domain - looking like the change hasn't happened. If you refresh the page, you can then see the change. This is not the case for all Archivists.

Behaviour is different between staging, onsls and heaf version.

For onsls and staging and main Archivist, you need to refresh to see the change, but this is not the case for heaf.

Update- heaf and staging now have the same behaviour. The save is instant and is the correct behaviour (you do not need to refresh to see that it has saved.)

onsls and main archivist the response domain reverts back to the previous response domain. You need to refresh before seeing the correct response.

Update - after Simon pushed the staging version to GH and deployed to HEAF and ONSLS. It is the same as the latest update above.

Update heaf is the correct behaviour staging, onsls and us needs to be refreshed to see the change.

Changing to high priority, as we need to make sure all instances are the same. I will test this again.

This is working okay on the staging.
