VSCode doesn't show README headings #8

This happens on matrix-ml-1, but not sure about other systems. Should check if this is due to an extension conflict.

This doesn't happen on the new vostro 5402 setup. So there may be some weird state left over in matrix-ml-1. We could reset the state here by deleting the user profile, or even just reinstall all of it.

No longer a problem once upgraded to 22.05.
