A script to write CMOR tables is needed.

Initial scripts a cmor_tables.py reads through all records and extracts a selection of parameters.

Gaps occur in variables under review .. we probably want to exclude these by default.

The Extra Dimensions and Coordinates columns contain text rather than links. See https://github.com/CMIP-Data-Request-coleads/cmip7_data_request_schema/issues/3 . If this is resolved .. code will need to be updated.
