Brief description of the task

We want to capture the impact of participating in the Health learning cohorts! In the past we utilized SO surveys as one way to do this. Before we kick off the next cohort we should:

What steps are needed to make it a reality?

[ ] Revisit the surveys we used in the past to see if we want to make changes
[ ] Make any changes
[ ] Consider running a survey with the last cohort
[ ] Send survey to the new cohort

We used this airtable base for all of our surveys/lesson feedback collection in the first cohort. Ping me for access
