check value for "format" in table "agdc.dataset_type" when ingesting #35

When a product is indexed and ingested in table agdc.dataset_type there's a value for format that is equal to aio . This was seen when using :

https://github.com/CONABIO/antares3/blob/develop/madmex/conf/ingestion/ls8_espa_colombia.yaml

https://github.com/CONABIO/antares3/blob/develop/madmex/conf/ingestion/srtm_cgiar_colombia.yaml

and

antares prepare_metadata command. Do not know where this value came from...
