this may be widely needed soon..? i know of one place already, SPINS is forcing SFTP soon.

BTW this code should run in production tonight so fingers crossed, will update with results. Also I didn't do a class_exists() check because of those libs being in composer.json ..but maybe you have a reason to still do that check?
