Allow view/edit of subdepartment in Product List Tool

This was requested by a client and seems generally useful. Not sure if it adds too much clutter though, maybe have to add a setting to show/hide if so.

I don't think I forgot anything, it seems to basically work as expected. Let me know what you think or if this could go in as-is.
