In latest merge #35 we introduced automatic ´aggregation_nametoaggreagtion_idmapping via a list i.e.italian_aggregation_mapping` but that does not include the municipality level. Initially the idea was not to include the municipaliyt level since there is no correspondence to any NUTS id, moreover their name and inclusion yearly change. This causes visualization issues. But It may be still interesting to compute it without actually throwing them into a map, a table may be just fine.
