It really depends on the voltage drop of the LED, which is a current-operated device. Also green is very sensitive to the human eye, in terms of Frequency Response, so it will always appear brighter given a matching LED of a different colour and same current. But you are correct, the original schematic shows 150 ohms.
I was looking at the LED circuit on the PCB and realized that your BOM lists the value of R13 as 1KΩ. However, the C= schematics and BOM show R13 as 150Ω.

Could you double-check and correct the BOM XLS file if needed? Of course, this isn't critical as the 1K resistor will just make the green LED dimmer.
