Based On the feedback in the grading document, add in missing informaiton/ details such as using the labels to pick/ be a quality checker as well as how we tell it has been quality checked (Should be comment from quality checkrer)

Hey @SebAnghel23 Could you make sure that the Policy .md Document added the information on quality reviewer as well as Making sure it contains the information that after it is quality checked to move it to done (To quality check it)
