Plain TeX compatibility #27

I'm a bit confused as to what this PR actually does. Would you mind explaining to me what problems this solves, and your reasoning in the solution you provided?

This way users of plain TeX (see new file QcircuitDemo-plain.tex) can enjoy the features of qcircuit in their documents. This should also enable portability to other formats such as ConTeXt. Also this PR introduces option selection akin to xypic using the syntax
