install npm dependencies - zhenya #44

Please wait until the tasks setting up the package.json file for jest and react are completed

first install npm if you haven't already

then watch this video (the whole video no bamboozles)

complete the steps at the end of the video to install locally the development dependencies

and the node_modules to your .gitignore file
