Email not queued for @allenisd.org #128

I attempted to create a user for my account. The app said that an email has been sent but I don't see one being queued.

This is the result of the codermerlin API refusing to accept hyphenated names. I'll assign this to myself and file a but with them.

This issue has been resolved by updating the validation rules.
