We should write how developers/contributors are expected to work and add new features to the project. We could store this information on a CONTRIBUTING.md

[ ] How to run the project
[ ] How to contribute to the project.
[ ] Where to find ideas/features that are not completed
[ ] QA process
[ ] Pull request process
[ ] Release Engineer Process

I am still determining if I will complete this, as everyone who has reached out seems to know how to contribute.
