Merge README changes

This pull request includes significant updates to the README.md file to reflect changes in the project ownership, features, and installation procedures. The most important changes include updating repository links, reorganizing and enhancing the feature list, and adding new sections for installation, running the code, and contributions.

Updates to repository links and badges:

• Updated GitHub repository links and badges to the new team repository CSC510-Team-Wise-Vilkomir-Sykes from CSC510-Team87.

Reorganization and enhancement of features:

• Consolidated and enhanced the feature list, combining old and new features for better clarity and user understanding.

New sections added:

• Added detailed installation procedures, including prerequisites, running the code, and creating a .env file.
• Introduced new sections for showcasing videos, roadmap, documentation, contributors, contributing guidelines, data sources, and support information.
