As a team member, I want to display a BDD badge in the README file, So that we can show the status of behavior-driven tests

Assumptions

BDD test workflow is already configured

Acceptance Criteria

Given there is an existing GitHub repository with a README file
When a BDD badge is added to the top of the README file
Then the BDD badge should be visible and properly formatted in the repository
