Palestinian cases listed as Zero? #901

For some reason, Palestine is showing as 0, but I believe they have like 37 cases as of this morning 3/17 10:00 GMT.

Also, seriously? "occupied Palestinian territory (PS)"

Seems like they are all in the West Bank: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2020/03/palestinian-struggle-continues-coronavirus-200316190636502.html This story says 39 total cases.

I believe this is due to the decision in #504 to use US State Department names. If that is the case, however, they need to update the total for Israel by including this total.

Worse: now they just removed the line. I created a new issue https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19/issues/977

@CSSEGISandData: If this app can now show individual cases for many US cities, I do hope it might be possible to consider adding disaggregated Palestinian data again. In the meantime, this alternative application (https://coronavirus.app) does show Palestinian data, if anyone is interested. It is also translated and translatable by users! (Not sure if it has an API though).
