[Enhancement] Dark text for lighter backgrounds

Add a dark text option for lighter backgrounds as it can be hard to destinguish like this example: BONUS: you could also add a "High contrast mode" wich will baisically just inveret the color of the background behind it, kind of like the minecraft cursor

Btw before I scrapped the idea of light theme I had these early 2019 alpha Nyx PoC builds:

The top one looks color inveted so i dont think you are gnna find much in 5.0.0 and the entire bottom row of ui is white on the second picture If you do that whould be great and if you add it it you can put it in the nyx "Color Themes" at the top next to toggle background and toggle background could include the light mode
