Migrate example Python + Anaconda Alpine HPC Cluster content to blog post #24

This PR migrates content from an example Python Anaconda project repository which leverages the Alpine HPC cluster to align with existing blog content and help make this content easier to find. After this PR is merged I will make changes to the related repository so as to avoid duplication of content and link to the published blog content.
