Cleaning up old modules

I've made a number of updates to older modules so that they're consistent with how the newer ones act/feel:

• I deleted file name patterns that aren't being used
• Deleted vt_climatology.py because everything it does can be done by vt_time_agg.py
• Deleted vt_seas_vars.py because the script underlying it is crazy (if I get time later in the week I'll add seas_vars.py from the old cct repo)
• Commented out the call to Timeslice change in init.py (so we can easily put it back when it's working)

Also, I double checked and after these changes are made the Nino3.4 workflow works (with Crop instead of Timeslice)
