We write about “buffer-zone villages such as Yen Son village” so it seems people are already living in the buffer zone!?

In this case, a Decision about how to use the buffer zone seems not necessary.

We need a map and more clarification.. #3

According to one author "The buffer zone is the villages or communes around the protected area. In Vietnam, the buffer zone may not be indicated in any map. It may be indicated in planning map with the type of land use land cover focus on agriculture and forest plantation"
