Create nav menu component

I created a nav menu and put it on the /flix page.

List of changes:

• Created menu.ejs file that can be included on other pages
• Created separate menu.js file for the menu component
• Added CSS
• Added profile icon img

Things to note:

• I used typical gray and white colors but if there's specific color code, let me know
• Profile link doesn't go anywhere rn since there's no profile page
• I didn't shorten the borders in between each nav item bc I didnt find a good way to do it

This work is referring to the nav menu but I only included this on the /flix page (user is directed to this page when logged in) for now
